THE FLEX180 GOES TO WAR- Godspeed to our fighting forces!

I have to tell you that this is a great piece of equipment. I use it as often as possible, and the days I do, once before my workout and run, and once immediately after my run during cool down. I am not a really flexible person, even though I have been doing Tae Kwon Do for over six years and have attained the rank of black belt. The Army, by the nature of our job and the physical exercises and deeds we do, does not really tailor you to a flexible body type. I have to work really hard to maintain my flexibility and the FLEX180 is helping me get farther than ever before. After 17 years in the Army, 11 of those on Airborne status, I know flexibility is a crucial part of physical fitness, combat readiness, and maintaining the force and the FLEX180 is helping me and my soldiers do that every day here in Iraq. See the attached picture for proof. Thanks for your support and sending these machines. They are durable, compact and useful for the novice to expert. Soldiers with no interest in flexibility before are now using these machines on a daily basis. Thanks again.

Dear Sir;

The FLEX180 has been very beneficial to me in that it has helped me achieve my goals of flexibility.  I am able to stretch and do a Chinese split after training with the FLEX180.  I highly recommend this machine for anyone wanting to achieve high levels of flexibility.  The endurance and strength of my legs have greatly improved as a result of using the FLEX180.
